What to include
Include your order number, the name or email address used for the purchase, and a short description of what you need help with. Please do not send passwords, full payment card numbers, or security codes.
Checking your order
If you received an order confirmation, refer to it for your order details. If tracking information has been provided, use that information to check the delivery progress. For questions about your order’s status, contact us with your order number.
Updating delivery details
If you notice a mistake in your delivery address, contact us as soon as possible with the corrected details. We will need to check whether the change is still possible.
Reporting an item issue
If an item is damaged, incorrect, or missing from your parcel, describe the issue and include clear photos of the items received and the packaging. Keep the packaging while the issue is being reviewed.
